Most NGOs don\u2019t wake up in the morning thinking about CRM or ERP.<\/span><\/p>\n

They think about people. Programmes. Partners. Funding. Outcomes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Technology is supposed to support that work. In reality, I\u2019ve seen it do the opposite: teams stuck between systems, re-entering the same data, reconciling numbers that never quite match, and spending more time managing tools than delivering impact.<\/span><\/p>\n

That frustration is one of the reasons we built <\/span>Rapsi 365<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The moment it clicked for me<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In project after project, I kept seeing the same pattern.<\/span><\/p>\n

A fundraising team would have a CRM that worked well enough for relationships and campaigns. Finance would have an ERP that was good at control and compliance. Both teams were doing their best.<\/span><\/p>\n

But the organisation was paying a hidden tax every week: exports, spreadsheets, manual reconciliation, and meetings spent debating whose numbers were \u201cright\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s when it became obvious: the problem wasn\u2019t effort. The problem was that the systems were never designed to work together.<\/span><\/p>\n

The problem we kept seeing in the NGO space<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Most NGOs already have <\/span>some<\/span><\/i> kind of CRM and <\/span>some<\/span><\/i> kind of finance system.<\/span><\/p>\n

The issue is that they rarely work together in a way that feels truly integrated.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can usually find a supplier who is excellent at <\/span>CRM<\/b>. They\u2019ll help you track supporters, manage relationships and run campaigns.<\/span><\/p>\n

Or you can find a supplier who is excellent at <\/span>ERP<\/b>. They\u2019ll help you run finance, purchasing and operational processes.<\/span><\/p>\n

But it\u2019s surprisingly hard to find a partner who can do both well, and design them as one joined-up system.<\/span><\/p>\n

The result is familiar:<\/span><\/p>\n
