Job Title: Senior Azure/BizApps Consultant

Reporting To: CEO

Location: Remote in Germany.  Occasional travel to client sites or team meetings may be required.

Purpose & Scope of Role

As a Senior Azure/BizApps Consultant, you will design, implement, and optimize solutions based on Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft Business Applications stack (Dynamics 365, Power Platform). You will work closely with our clients—primarily NGOs and purpose-driven organizations—to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive real impact. You will also mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery standards. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to Rapsi’s exciting growth journey. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Azure and BizApps solutions for clients

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Configure, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Azure-based integration solutions (Middleware) using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus to connect and orchestrate diverse enterprise systems.

• Advise clients on best practices, architecture, and digital transformation strategies

• Mentor and support junior team members

• Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards

• Collaborate with international teams and external partners

• Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement within Rapsi

Experience Required

Mandatory:

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or implementing Microsoft Azure and Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform)

• Proven track record in leading complex projects for NGOs, associations, or similar organizations

• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, integration, and security

Desired:

• Experience with fundraising, ERP, or CRM solutions in the non-profit sector

• Experience working in agile, remote, and multicultural teams

General Skills & Abilities

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Initiative, goal orientation, and resilience

• Fluent in German and English

Desired:

• Experience mentoring or coaching others

Qualifications & Technical Skills

Mandatory:

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365/Power Platform

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Desired:

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master)

• Additional Microsoft or cloud-related certifications
